Raspberry Peach Zing Mocktail

Are y'all tired of me finding great cocktail/mocktail mixer options at Aldi's yet? Well, here we go again... I found a Peach Bellini mixer that I crafted into another tasty sip! It's no secret that I love Aldi's, and I especially love that they carry affordable and fun mixers that I get to play around with when crafting a new mocktail.

Peach Bellini mixer, raspberries, cucumbers and ginger combine in a delicious mocktail.
Raspberry Peach Zing Mocktail

Presenting Powel & Mahoney Peach Bellini craft mixer that I used in combination with fresh raspberries, cucumbers and a dash of ginger simple syrup and topped off with some bubbles (club soda). Peaches and raspberries are a perfect combo without being overly sweet, the cucumber gives the drink a refreshing crisp element, while the ginger adds a snappy little zing at the end.

I'm calling it Raspberry Peach Zing, and although you could certainly throw a shot of vodka in there for a yummy cocktail, it's already a tasty beverage that stands deliciously on its own without the booze. Cheers!

Raspberry Peach Zing Mocktail

1 oz. Peach Bellini craft mixer

0.5 oz Ginger Simple Syrup

2 cucumber slices

3 raspberries

- Gently muddle cucumbers, raspberries and ginger syrup in a glass. Just give them a good squish, you don't have to make a mess of them...lol. Fill your glass 3/4 full with ice and top of with some club soda. Enjoy!
